Michael T. Callahan

Mick Callahan has forty-seven years of experience as a trial lawyer and has represented clients involving bodily injury and wrongful death cases, aviation accidents, , and legal and medical malpractice. He specializes in bad faith cases involving persons whose insurance companies have wrongfully failed to settle claims against them within their insurance policy limits.

Mr. Callahan is also available to serve as a mediator in a variety of legal matters.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Mr. Callahan has been a long-time supporter of the Cedar Key Community and is involved in community charitable projects. Between 2011-present, he raised funds for and built two new primary schools, a village well, and a dormitory for girls so that they could attend high school away from home, for Berber communities located in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco.
